“The main purpose of the city that we imagine is to achieve that nobody feels less or excluded, for this reason it is important to have extraordinary public spaces, where citizens of all conditions gather as equals.” (Development Plan 2016 - 2020)

The mass transport must be an extraordinary public space which generates quality of life and happiness, where the user accesses the right of commuting with dignity, and what the service strengthening its realization as a human being in all its components, unconcerned to the individuality and/or condition and one space in which its citizens respect their self and share with another people like them.

The urban democracy concept is of wide experience in the sociology world but its implications are not capitalized and referenced yet before the reality of transportation as a public space with a specific purpose of mobility for all the citizens.

To advocate for a better mobility for all is to challenge openly and dialogic way the quality of the service, the accessibility, the multi modal of the transportation, the efficiency of the system for its users and of course its manage models related with the public policies in which is framed.

To bring to life and relevance to the urban democracy, could be possible if we analyze the three actual subjects of work about the mass mobility and the transport which are been development around the world
